Terms & Conditions.

These terms set the standards for working with Talk The Taste. They apply to enquiries, clients, campaigns, team members, interns, freelancers and contractors unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

Section One

Lead & Client Terms

Talk The Taste Marketing Management, also known as TTT, provides marketing, creative, branding, web, software, social media, content and production services. These terms apply when you submit an enquiry, request a proposal, approve a quotation, make a payment, or allow TTT to begin work.

Commercial Standard

TTT works with serious businesses only. If a client delays payment, blocks approvals, withholds access, misuses our work, changes scope without approval, or acts in bad faith, TTT may pause work, withhold deliverables, cancel timelines, charge outstanding amounts and enforce its rights without further discount or exception.

1. Signature Visibility Program

TTT agrees to provide marketing services to the Client under the Signature Visibility Program, designed to build a powerful digital presence, strengthen brand positioning and deliver high quality content for businesses aiming for sustained growth and market impact.

Services may include strategy, content planning, social media management, paid advertising support, creative direction, photography, videography, editing, branding, website work, landing pages, reporting and related marketing support, depending on the approved proposal.

2. Enquiries and Lead Contact

By submitting an enquiry, contacting TTT, responding to an advertisement, booking a call or providing contact details, the lead authorizes TTT to contact them by email, WhatsApp, phone call, SMS/text, direct message or other available contact method regarding the enquiry, related services, proposals and follow-ups.

3. Scope, Approvals and Client Duties

  • The approved quotation, invoice, proposal, statement of work, email or written confirmation defines the commercial scope.
  • The Client must provide accurate information, brand access, logins, assets, approvals, feedback and decision-makers on time.
  • Delays caused by missing approvals, unavailable assets, third-party platforms, client-side indecision or late payment extend timelines automatically.
  • Any work outside the approved scope is chargeable. TTT is not required to perform additional work for free.
  • Client feedback must be specific, consolidated and provided within the agreed review window. Conflicting or late feedback may be treated as a change request.

4. Payments, Late Fees and Non-Refundable Work

  • Payments are due according to the invoice, proposal or written payment schedule.
  • Deposits, retainers, setup fees, strategy fees, production fees, ad management fees and work already started or completed are non-refundable.
  • TTT may pause or refuse work, remove scheduling priority, suspend campaign access, withhold files or delay delivery until overdue invoices are paid.
  • Late payments may attract administrative charges, collection costs, legal costs and any other recovery costs permitted by law.
  • Ad spend, media buying budgets, software costs, subscriptions, talent fees, venue fees, printing, paid tools and third-party costs are separate unless clearly stated in writing.

5. Mutual Promotion Agreement

The Client agrees to allow TTT to:

  • Capture and share behind-the-scenes footage of the marketing, strategy, production and implementation process.
  • Feature the business story, campaign journey, results and transformation on TTT websites, social media, proposals, pitch decks, case studies, ads and future marketing materials.
  • Use campaign media, photos, videos, testimonials, screenshots, public posts, website previews, analytics summaries and brand assets for TTT promotion, portfolio and educational content.

6. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

Any proprietary information shared between parties will remain confidential and may only be used for legitimate project, business, legal or operational purposes.

All concepts, drafts, working files, strategy documents, raw footage, source files, templates, systems, methods and internal processes remain the property of TTT unless a signed agreement expressly transfers them. Final approved deliverables may be used by the Client for the intended business purpose after full payment has been received.

All content created by TTT during a campaign may be used by both parties for promotional purposes, with proper attribution where appropriate. The Client must not resell, redistribute, alter, train AI systems on, or transfer TTT materials beyond the agreed use without written permission.

7. Advertising, Platforms and Results

  • TTT may support campaigns on Google, Apple, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit and other paid media platforms, subject to each platform's rules.
  • The Client is responsible for truthful claims, legal compliance, regulated product approvals, licenses, offer terms, pricing and industry-specific restrictions.
  • TTT does not guarantee approvals, impressions, clicks, leads, sales, revenue, virality, follower growth, ranking positions or platform outcomes.
  • Platform bans, disapprovals, algorithm changes, account restrictions, payment failures and third-party outages are outside TTT's control.

8. Termination Clause

Either party may terminate the client agreement with 5 days' written notice unless a longer term, minimum commitment or termination process is stated in a signed agreement.

On termination, all work completed, booked, started, scheduled, purchased or committed up to the termination date shall be payable and non-refundable. TTT may retain materials, credentials, files and final deliverables until all outstanding amounts are paid.

9. Liability and Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TTT is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost revenue, reputational loss, platform decisions, third-party failures, data loss, rejected ads, account restrictions or business interruption.

The Client agrees to indemnify TTT against claims, losses, penalties, platform issues, legal demands or costs arising from the Client's products, services, claims, materials, approvals, instructions, advertising accounts, regulated activities or breach of these terms.

10. Agreement and Signatures

These Terms, together with any signed agreement, invoice, quotation, proposal, statement of work, email approval or payment confirmation, reflect the full understanding between both parties. Amendments must be made in writing and agreed upon by both sides.

Electronic acceptance, written approval, payment of an invoice, continued communication after receiving a proposal, or allowing TTT to begin work may be treated as acceptance of the applicable terms.

Section Two

Employee, Intern, Freelancer & Contractor Terms

These terms apply to anyone working with or for TTT, including employees, interns, freelancers, contractors, part-time staff, probationary team members, project-based contributors and temporary personnel.

Zero-Tolerance Work Standard

TTT expects punctuality, confidentiality, discipline, clean communication and completed work. Repeated excuses, careless work, dishonesty, unauthorized absence, misuse of company property, leaking information, refusing reasonable instructions or damaging client trust may lead to deductions, removal from projects, immediate termination and legal action where permitted.

1. Employment Compliance

The Intern, employee, freelancer or contractor agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, together with all company policies, procedures, operational guidelines and reasonable management instructions throughout the working period.

Interns may be treated as employees solely where required for compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Freelancers and contractors remain independent service providers unless a written employment contract states otherwise.

2. Compensation

The team member shall receive the agreed salary, stipend, fee or project payment as outlined in the offer letter, contract, invoice, written approval or statement of work. Any incentives, bonuses, commissions or additional payments are solely at the discretion of TTT unless agreed in writing.

3. Testing and Probation

The first 7 days may be treated as a testing period. The individual must understand, execute and comply with assigned job tasks within that period. The probation period is 90 days unless a written agreement states otherwise.

4. Working Hours, Days and Leave

Job timings9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including lunch breaks, unless project requirements, shoot timings, management instructions or written schedules state otherwise.
Schedule changesSchedules may vary during summer, Ramadan, client shoots, urgent campaigns, launches, events or project needs, including approved night shifts.
Working daysMonday to Saturday under the UAE work week used by TTT. Sunday is the regular weekly holiday unless otherwise agreed for urgent project needs.
Annual leave30 days every 1 year, calculated as 2.5 days for every completed month where applicable. A maximum of 30 days may be carried forward to the next leave cycle, subject to company approval and applicable law.
Leave requestsLeave must be submitted at least 15 days in advance. Leave is not approved unless confirmed by authorized management in writing.

5. Attendance, Punctuality and Deductions

  • Regular attendance and punctual arrival are mandatory.
  • Arrival more than 15 minutes late may result in a 1-hour salary deduction.
  • Arrival more than 1 hour late may result in a quarter-day salary deduction.
  • Leaving more than 15 minutes early may result in a 1-hour salary deduction.
  • Leaving more than 1 hour early may result in a quarter-day salary deduction.
  • Repeated lateness, unauthorized absence, missed meetings, ignored messages or failure to meet attendance expectations may result in disciplinary action or termination.
  • Early arrival before official working hours is not overtime unless specifically requested and approved by TTT in writing.

6. Sick Leave and Absence Evidence

Any absence due to illness for one day must be supported by proof of medical consultation or treatment, including a clinic, hospital, pharmacy or doctor's receipt. Sick leave exceeding one day must be supported by an official medical sick leave certificate issued by a licensed healthcare provider.

Failure to provide required documentation may result in the leave being treated as unpaid leave, subject to applicable UAE law and any written contract.

7. Confidentiality, Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation

The individual acknowledges and agrees to comply fully with any Non-Disclosure and Non-Compete Agreement, confidentiality clause, non-solicitation clause or restrictive covenant signed with TTT. These duties remain in effect during the working period and after termination according to their terms and applicable law.

No employee, intern, freelancer or contractor may approach, solicit, divert, copy, serve or compete for TTT clients, leads, suppliers, staff, freelancers or active prospects without written authorization.

8. Ownership of Materials

All content, photographs, videos, documents, scripts, strategies, creative assets, project files, source files, brand systems, design files, code, software, notes, client information, account access, equipment and any other materials produced, accessed or obtained during work with TTT remain the exclusive property of TTT or its clients, as applicable.

The individual may not retain, copy, publish, share, distribute, reuse, sell, license, upload, transfer or display such materials without prior written authorization from TTT.

9. Professional Conduct and Client Handling

  • Professional behavior, honesty, respectful communication and brand-safe conduct are required at all times.
  • Client communication must be accurate, timely and approved where required.
  • No one may make unauthorized promises, discounts, guarantees, refunds, delivery commitments or legal statements on behalf of TTT.
  • Any conduct that may harm TTT's reputation, clients, employees, projects, assets or business interests may result in disciplinary action or immediate termination.

10. Reimbursements and Company Provisions

Transportation and meal allowance may be provided for approved client meetings only. Meal reimbursement is capped at AED 25 per meal, maximum 2 meals per day, unless written approval states otherwise.

Premium transportation such as Uber Black, Careem premium, luxury taxis or equivalent upgrades is not covered. If a premium option is used without approval, TTT may reject the full reimbursement for that trip.

Reimbursements are processed after 30 days of valid receipt submission. No receipt means no reimbursement. False, inflated, duplicate or personal claims may result in disciplinary action, repayment demands or termination.

11. Resignation Notice

The resignation notice period is 60 days unless a written agreement or applicable law requires a different period. Handover must be complete, organized and accepted by TTT before final clearance.

12. Termination Notice

The standard termination notice period is 30 days unless a written agreement or applicable law states otherwise. TTT may terminate immediately without notice or further compensation in cases involving breach of terms, misconduct, dishonesty, negligence, confidentiality breach, repeated attendance violations or policy violations, where legally permitted.

13. Final Pay, Deductions and Handover

Final payments may be subject to lawful deductions, unpaid advances, unreturned property, approved penalties, absence deductions, damages, missing receipts, incomplete handover, client losses caused by misconduct, or other amounts recoverable under applicable law and written agreements.

All accounts, passwords, files, source materials, devices, documents, cards, keys and client information must be returned immediately on request or before the final working day.

14. Breach and Legal Action

Any breach of these terms may lead to immediate termination, removal from projects, withholding of access, claims for damages, recovery of company property, repayment demands and legal action where permitted.

Confidentiality, non-compete, non-solicitation, ownership of materials, legal consequences and governing law obligations remain binding after the working relationship ends.

15. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless a written agreement requires another lawful forum.
